Someone on the free resume group I moderate was frustrated and upset because they saw a job they had applied for over a month ago that closed then re-opened.

A lot of you look ONLY at the requirements, and don’t read the totality of the job description (and yes, I know, there are many poorly written job descriptions – there is nothing I can do about that this post is to address a fairly robust posting.)
